Job summary

sggovterp in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager (Operations Development & Planning) to strengthen operational capabilities across PA's Operations Cluster by driving ops-tech integration and coordinating strategic planning. You will translate organisational strategies into effective ground operations, work with HQ Divisions and Field Units, and help build a caring and united Singapore.

Experience in operations management, strategic planning, programme management, or related field.
Familiarity with ops-tech integration or digital transformation preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate strategic planning efforts for the Operations Cluster by tracking workplan progress, preparing analytical inputs and management reports.
Support the implementation of programmes by coordinating with divisions and field units, monitoring progress against targets.
Coordinate platforms and meetings by managing agendas and briefing materials.
Drive ops-tech integration through redesigned workflows and digital solutions with change management plans.
Manage IT systems and data related to the Operations Cluster, monitor performance and ensure data integrity.
Perform procurement, budgeting, and administrative functions including PO creation and asset management.
