Allianz Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Ops & IT Strategy planning across Asia Pacific, driving annual planning, forecasting and long-term roadmaps with senior stakeholders in the regional office and operating entities. You will produce insights and shape the transformation roadmap for endorsement by senior leadership.

You will coordinate SD/PD activities, deliver market insights, and support leadership with strategic planning and KPI tracking to strengthen plans within tight

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s or certifications in Ops/Insurance are a plus.
• Minimum 8–10 years in business planning, consulting or transformation, preferably in Insurance Ops/IT.
• Strong executive communication and strategic thinking abilities.
• Advanced data analytics skills and ability to translate metrics into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and drive regional Ops & IT strategy planning activities across entities.
• Be the main contact for SD/PD coordination, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
• Provide market insights and contribute to regional strategy reviews for leadership.
• Build and refine regional Ops & IT strategies aligned with Group direction.
• Deliver SD/PD storyboards for regional leadership presentations.
