Job summary

Coinbase Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to scale a MAS-regulated business across trading, staking, and custody. You will design and execute operational frameworks that ensure regulatory alignment and resilience.

You will collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Security to manage risk and drive efficiency. The role reports to the CBSG Country Director and requires 10+ years in financial services in Singapore, with 5+ years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Singapore financial services, capital markets, or operations strategy.
• 5+ years in a supervisory capacity within a regulated environment.
• Experience as senior management or approved representative of a MAS-regulated entity.
• Proven ability to design and improve operational processes for scale and efficiency.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for external materials.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support the Country Director in overseeing CBSG operations and regulatory alignment with MAS.
• Implement and maintain policies, SLA frameworks, and risk management across workstreams.
• Establish supervision frameworks for trading, staking, and custody operations per MAS requirements.
• Build resilience frameworks including risk id, contingency planning, and continuity measures.
• Coordinate incident responses and communicate with regulators and providers.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Security to manage operations and risk projects.
• Support first-line defense activities across launches, staffing, and audit work.
