Job summary

HashKey Group in Singapore is seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to lead regulatory affairs for its crypto-asset exchange activities, including OTC, reporting to Group Head of Legal & Compliance.

You will liaison with MAS, manage licensing, risk assessments, policies, and training; oversee AML/CFT controls, KYC reviews, and sanctions screening; collaborate with business, legal, risk, and operations to enable compliant growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, AML/CFT, financial crime, audit, or risk management in regulated financial institutions or crypto firms
• Proven MAS engagement experience; strong MAS regulatory knowledge
• Familiarity with DPT service providers and digital asset regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

• Act as principal designated compliance officer and DPO to the CEO and senior management on regulatory requirements, material compliance risks, product and business initiatives, and risk-based control decisions across PS Act and DPT operations
• Provide compliance oversight across all trading activities, including OTC, ensuring controls for market conduct, AML/CFT, conflicts of interest, outsourcing, tech risk management, and sanctions
• Support business expansion through regulatory/licensing initiatives including new licences, variations and regulatory approvals
• Support risk assessment exercises and periodic reviews
• Oversee and maintain compliance policies, SOPs and internal control frameworks aligned with MAS and Group standards
• Coordinate compliance training programs
• Manage direct communications, regulatory filings, license variations and annual returns with MAS and external auditors
• Assist with regulatory reporting and inspections
• Lead regulatory change management, remediation, and compliance enhancement initiatives
• Offer practical compliance advice on new products and operational changes within Singapore office
