You will investigate inquiries, support onboarding for clients and vendors, and coordinate with product teams to enable platform updates while identifying process improvements aligned with business growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or a technical operations role.
• Product and operational knowledge of listed futures or options with hands-on error trade analysis.
• Ability to diagnose and articulate complex technical problems to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering multi-channel support (voice, email, chat) under high-volume conditions.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, FIX, SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own real-time functional and technical support for electronic trading and exchange applications across CDE and Deribit.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to exchange functionality and market events.
• Provide front-line support for investigations tied to exchange operations, including error trade analysis.
• Coordinate with product and development teams to launch new products and perform deployment testing.
• Support onboarding and ongoing operational enablement of clients and vendors across both exchanges.
• Identify and recommend operational process improvements aligned with growth.
