Qualifications

• 10+ years in Singapore financial services, capital markets, or operations.
• 5+ years in a supervisory capacity within MAS-regulated entities.
• Experience as senior management, director, or approved representative.
• Ability to design and improve operational processes at scale.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce ready-to-use materials.
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CBSG operations with intragroup and third-party providers, ensuring MAS alignment.
• Implement and maintain operational policies, SLA frameworks, and risk processes.
• Establish supervision across trading, staking, and custody operations.
• Build resilience frameworks including risk identification and contingency planning.
• Coordinate incident responses with regulators and service providers.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Security on risk initiatives.
• Support first-line-of-defense during launch assessments and audits.
