Job summary

The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) in Singapore seeks a Senior/Assistant Director (Operations) to lead a team of operations and enforcement officers, plan, coordinate and execute ground enforcement activities, and ensure readiness, manpower, and resources are managed efficiently.

You will collaborate with intelligence, external agencies, and internal stakeholders, develop competencies, maintain operations, and drive risk-based enforcement programs across regional and international networks.

Qualifications

• Experience in field enforcement or field operations with intelligence-led enforcement, planning and supervision.
• Strong leadership to command and motivate a team effectively.
• Ability to perform in dynamic, high-stakes environments and maintain public safety.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement enforcement policies and strategies within budget.
• Coordinate with Intelligence Branch and external agencies for resource deployment.
• Lead major and joint operations, including logistics and post-operation actions.
• Ensure proper handling and preservation of evidence and liaison with legal teams.
• Maintain operational readiness and mentor officers in SOPs and development protocols.
