Job summary

The Health Sciences Authority in Singapore invites applications for Senior/ Intelligence Officer roles in Field Intelligence. You will join a team conducting intelligence operations into breaches of HSA legislation and regulatory standards, gathering and assessing information on the ground to support enforcement decisions.

The role requires field work, cross-agency collaboration, and ability to work beyond regular hours when required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in enforcement, regulatory, intelligence, or related ops.
• Strong networking and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Keen observational skills and situational awareness.
• Ability to analyse data and translate into actionable leads.
• Capable of independent and team-based field work.

Responsibilities

• Gather, develop and assess ground intelligence on potential breaches.
• Produce timely intelligence reports and briefings for management.
• Support intelligence-led operations and joint actions.
• Build relationships with government agencies for coordination.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion.
