Job summary

The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) in Singapore seeks a Senior/Intelligence Officer to conduct field intelligence operations, gather and assess information, and support enforcement actions across regulatory standards. You will work on-ground across environments to provide timely intelligence for decision-making.

With at least 5 years in enforcement, regulatory, or intelligence roles, you will build cross-agency relationships, translate data into actionable leads, and prepare clear intelligence

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in enforcement, regulatory, intelligence or related operational roles.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
• Keen observation and situational awareness.
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, develop and assess ground intelligence on potential breaches.
• Prepare timely intelligence reports and briefings.
• Support planning and conduct of intelligence-led operations.
• Engage with government agencies for intelligence sharing.
