Job summary

Health Sciences Authority (HSA) seeks a Senior/Assistant Director (Operations) to lead a team of enforcement officers in planning, coordinating, and executing ground enforcement activities. You will ensure readiness, manage manpower, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and international partners.

Responsibilities include operational planning, intelligence-led enforcement, and major operations, with emphasis on training, evidence handling and post-operation follow-up.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in field enforcement or field operations is mandatory.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to command a team.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute intelligence-led enforcement.
• Strong risk assessment and decision-making under pressure.
• Excellent collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of operations and enforcement officers.
• Convert intelligence into actionable operational plans and deploy resources accordingly.
• Coordinate major and joint operations with internal groups and external agencies.
• Ensure readiness, training and development of officers; maintain legal and safety standards.
• Prepare reports and maintain evidence handling and post-operation follow-up.
