Job summary

Health Sciences Authority seeks a Deputy Director, Operations Department, to provide strategic leadership, command and oversight of HSA’s ground enforcement operations. The role collaborates with the Intelligence Branch to translate intelligence into operational outcomes and ensures enforcement priorities are met.

Reporting to the Director (Intelligence and Operations), you will lead the Operations team in planning and executing enforcement operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance,

Qualifications

• Experience in intelligence-led enforcement.
• Proven crisis and incident management.
• Strong leadership & decision-making.
• Experience in field enforcement.
• Ability to collaborate with inter-agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for ground enforcement.
• Oversee major, sensitive enforcement operations.
• Translate intelligence into operational plans.
• Coordinate with Intelligence, Investigation teams.
• Represent HSA in inter-agency meetings.
• Develop manpower, training, and capability.
• Manage resources within budgets.
