ONE HEART CLEANING PTE. LTD. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, plan manpower, and ensure service quality across sites in Singapore.

You will coordinate with heads of department and customers, enforce schedules, manage inventory and safety, recruit staff, monitor payroll, and handle contract matters with a focus on a social enterprise mission. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Nitec or higher in any discipline.
• IT savvy and strong customer service.
• Strategic thinking with ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations and schedule manpower.
• Enforce schedules and monitor follow-up.
• Coordinate with HOD and customers to ensure quality service.
• Ensure safety compliance by cleaning specialists.
• Recruit manpower for projects.
• Manage inventory and equipment, allocate resources.
• Monitor working time and payroll compliance.
• Maintain admin records of schedules.
• Assist in resolving contract conflicts and reporting risks.
• Assist in negotiating terms and pricing.
• Ensure budget guidelines are followed and explain deviations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Director or HOD.
