Grace Maintenance Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations across client sites, coordinate schedules and staff, manage inventory and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.

You will lead a team of cleaners, monitor performance, train new staff on methods, equipment handling, and safety, and maintain documentation while communicating with clients to uphold service quality.

Formación

• Experience in housekeeping or cleaning services.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in cleaning or hospitality environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
• Knowledge of room cleaning, housekeeping, and hygiene standards.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and assign daily cleaning duties to cleaners.
• Prepare and manage cleaning schedules to meet standards.
• Inspect cleaning work to maintain hygiene, safety, and quality.
• Train new cleaning staff on methods, equipment use, and safety.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance for discipline.
• Ensure equipment, tools and supplies are maintained and available.
• Monitor stock levels and request materials to avoid shortages.
• Handle client or resident complaints and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate cleaning requirements with management and other departments.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals for safety.
• Maintain cleaning checklists, inspection reports, and attendance records.
• Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly.
• Conduct site inspections and follow up on improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and events.
