Job summary

De-Lifestyle Management Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily housekeeping and engineering services across sites. You will coordinate staff, maintenance teams, and service partners to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes staffing, KPI attainment, client reporting, and SOP compliance. Travel between sites may be required to support setup, audits, and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for hotel housekeeping (room attendants, supervisors), public area cleaning teams, and engineering/technical teams (aircon, maintenance, FM support).
• Ensure all sites are properly staffed, on time, and operational.
• Monitor job completion status and resolve delays promptly.
• Conduct daily operations review with morning and end-of-day reporting.
• Plan and assign manpower based on occupancy levels and workload (rooms / tasks / service contracts).
• Manage absenteeism, no-shows, and replacements; coordinate standby staff deployment.
• Optimize manpower cost vs productivity (credits / hours / output).
• Ensure teams follow SOPs and meet client KPIs; conduct random inspections.
• Handle service failures and implement corrective actions; maintain quality rating targets (e.g. ≥4.5 client satisfaction).
• Attend site meetings with hotel management, property managers, and corporate clients; provide weekly performance updates.
• Supervise supervisors, team leaders, and technicians; conduct onboarding and SOP refresh training; performance coaching.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures; coordinate troubleshooting and urgent repair jobs.
• Prepare and submit daily operations reports, weekly manpower & performance reports, incident/complaint reports.
• Travel between multiple sites (Singapore / Vietnam if required) and assist with new site setup and audits.
