Job summary

ONE HEART CLEANING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, plan manpower, and coordinate with HOD and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role includes recruiting staff, managing equipment and inventory, and enforcing safety protocols across sites. The candidate should have a Nitec or higher, IT savy, strong customer service, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to think strategically and juggle multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Nitec & above in any discipline.
• IT savy requirement.

• Experience in cleaning industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations; plan and schedule manpower based on project or customers' needs.
• Ensure periodic schedules are enforced and followed up.
• Coordinate with HOD and customers to ensure quality service delivery; compile, analyze, and review operation plans to improve procedures and quality of service.
• Ensure cleaning specialists adhere to safety measures during tasks.
• Recruit manpower for projects, including job fitting and matching of candidates.
• Manage inventory, cleaning equipment, and maintenance schedule; allocate equipment and supplies to projects.
• Monitor working time to ensure overtime aligns with payroll requirements.
• Maintain administrative records of all cleaners' schedules.
• Assist in resolving contract conflicts and report potential risks to management.
• Assist in negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing; ensure execution and satisfaction.
• Ensure budget guidelines are followed with explanations for deviations.
• Complete other duties as assigned by Director or HOD.
