Job summary

Comfort Transportation Pte Ltd is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to manage fleet registrations, de-registrations, and driver communications. You will ensure daily hiring out of Taxi and PHC vehicles aligns with revenue targets and support efficient operational reporting.

The role requires good MS Office skills, strong communication, and a problem-solving mindset to handle inquiries and coordinate with authorities and suppliers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor, follow up and process fleet registration and de-registration for Taxi & PHC.
• Ensure daily processing of hiring out Taxi & PHC vehicles with revenue growth target.
• Provide driver details to authorities for PHC/taxi vehicle summons.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing of Fleet Management System enhancements.
• Generate and prepare operational reports with data analysis.
• Liaise with authorities (e.g., Land Transport Authority) on fleet operations matters.
• Coordinate with suppliers on vehicle registrations matters.
• Respond to drivers’ inquiries via email/calls and assist walk-in drivers.
• Support daily operations with adhoc duties as required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitoring, following up and process with fleet registration and de-registration of vehicles. (For both Taxi & PHC)
• Ensure daily processing of hiring out of Taxi & PHC vehicles with target to increase revenue fleet.
• Furnishing of driver details to authorities for PHC/taxi vehicles summons.
• Propose and participate in User Acceptance Testing of internal Fleet Management System enhancements.
• Generate and prepare Operational reports (drawing data & analysis of data)
• Liaise with authorities (i.e Land Transport Authority) on Fleet Operations matters
• Liaise with suppliers on the vehicle registrations matters.
• Monitor and answer drivers’ enquiries thru DRO emails / calls and attend to walk in drivers queries.
• Any adhoc duties assign in operations daily matters.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Proficiency in MS Office to prepare reports / presentation slides
• Prior experience in customer service or operations
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Problem solving mindset
