• Manage day-to-day operations, leading the operations team and department to achieve strategic goals
• Ensure organizational processes comply with legal regulations and industry standards
• Uphold and enforce health and safety guidelines across all operational activities
• Monitor employee and team performance by providing coaching, training, and constructive feedback to drive improvement
• Manage budgets, forecast financial needs, and allocate resources effectively to meet organizational objectives
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align operational activities with company goals
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support business needs
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms
