Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a finance operations professional to process trade-related payments and receipts, perform daily client account reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies promptly. You will collaborate with settlement, finance and dealing teams to ensure accurate, timely records.

• Investigate and resolve payment, receipt and account discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor outstanding transactions and follow up with relevant internal or external parties.
• Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and supported by the required documentation.
• Work closely with settlement, finance, dealing and other operations teams to resolve operational issues.
• Support system testing, implementation and process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements and operational controls.

Requirements

• Detail-oriented and able to work accurately under time-sensitive operational deadlines.
