Job summary

Chinese Swimming Club in Singapore is seeking a facilities manager to oversee daily operations of maintenance, housekeeping and landscaping. You will conduct inspections, address defects and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

You will manage contractors, supervise housekeeping, and support events through logistics coordination. Training staff on safety and enforcing WSH are essential parts of the role. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
• Certifications in Swimming Pool, Horticulture Maintenance a plus.
• Minimum 4 years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facilities operations including maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping.
• Conduct inspections, resolve defects, ensure safety/regulatory compliance.
• Manage contractors and vendors, including contracts and procurement.
• Supervise housekeeping to maintain cleanliness, safety, service quality.
• Support events through manpower coordination, setup, and logistics.
• Enforce WSH and security policies; train staff on safety.
• Handle feedback/complaints and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
