Job summary

Visa's APAC Delivery & Implementation team leads large-scale client onboarding and implementation on Pismo's cloud-native platform across banks, fintechs and financial institutions. The Senior Consultant role guides strategy, API adoption and successful delivery while coordinating across stakeholders in the APAC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience leading complex delivery, onboarding, implementation or technology transformation programs.
• Proven track record managing enterprise client engagements and influencing senior stakeholders across business and technical functions.
• Strong experience with API-driven platforms and technology solutions, including REST/JSON APIs, integration architectures and implementation configuration activities.
• Deep domain expertise in payments, card processing, issuer processing, core banking or related financial services technology.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders across the APAC region. Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia is required to support clients in markets where these languages are the primary business languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client onboarding and implementation engagements, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline and quality expectations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on platform capabilities, implementation strategy, API adoption and best practices.
• Conduct advanced platform and API demonstrations, including deep dives into platform capabilities, implementation patterns and solution design considerations.
• Partner with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations and implementation approaches.
• Establish and oversee delivery governance, including program plans, RAID management, executive reporting and risk mitigation activities.
• Drive resolution of complex implementation challenges, client escalations and ambiguous issues through effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to improve onboarding experiences, implementation processes and platform adoption outcomes.
• Define, standardize and continuously improve onboarding methodologies, playbooks, frameworks and delivery best practices.
• Monitor implementation performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability and client satisfaction.
