Job summary

Tribe Payments is seeking a senior regional leader to own the APAC technical implementation lifecycle, from design through production launch, for a diverse fintech and banking client base. You will build and lead the APAC implementation team, work with Sales, Solutions, Product and Engineering, and ensure scalable, certified integrations with Visa, Mastercard and local networks.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in payments, fintech, banking or financial services tech, with leadership of payments integrations and customer implementations.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical implementations with banks, fintechs, PSPs, merchants or payment platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Visa, Mastercard and other payment network certification and implementation processes.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activity, including solution architecture, RFPs and technical workshops.
• Experience building implementation processes and teams in a growing or scaling business.
• Experience working with API-based, cloud-native or modular payment platforms (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Own the technical customer journey from solution handover through integration, testing, certification and production launch.
• Act as the senior technical point of contact for APAC customers, building relationships with CTOs, CIOs, Heads of Product and other senior stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, commercially viable technical solutions and implementation plans.
• Lead technical workshops, API integrations, testing, certification and production readiness across Tribe's issuing, acquiring and digital payment capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership across Visa, Mastercard and other payment networks, plus APAC payment infrastructure.
• Support Sales & Solutions with technical feasibility, solution architecture, RFP responses and customer workshops.
• Establish clear implementation processes, milestones and KPIs for consistent delivery across the region.
• Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies and delivery issues with global teams.
• Represent APAC customer and market requirements to global Product and Technology teams.
• Build and lead Tribe's APAC technical implementation team, developing scalable processes and talent.
