Job summary

Seatrium Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced HSE engineer to design fire and safety systems for offshore modules and platforms. You will develop safety philosophies, HSE plans, and specifications for active and passive fire protection and related elements.

The role requires 6 years of oil and gas HSE experience, offshore project exposure, and knowledge of NFPA, EI15 and international marine codes. You will work with multiple disciplines and support procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of HSE engineering experience in oil and gas.
• Offshore project experience preferred (FPSO/FSRU/platforms).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review safety requirements and equipment specs.
• Develop hazard classifications and life-saving layouts.
• Coordinate HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/FMEA/SIMOPS/ALARP analyses with project teams.
• Support procurement for safety and firefighting packages.
