Seatrium Limited seeks an experienced HSE engineer to design fire and safety systems for offshore oil and gas modules and platforms. You will develop safety philosophies, HSE plans, and specifications for active and passive protections, and prepare critical design documents.

You will review reports, support procurement, and lead safety analyses (HAZOP/HAZID/SIL/FMEA). Offshore projects and RAM studies are a focus, with knowledge of IMO, NORSOK, API, and SOLAS standards valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 6 years of HSE engineering experience in oil & gas, with 1–3 years on offshore projects (FPSO, FLNG, FSRU, or platforms).
• Hydrogen and ammonia facilities experience is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of oil & gas process facilities and standards (NFPA, EI15) and marine/regulatory codes (MODU, SOLAS, DNV, ABS, LR).
• Keeps current with IMO, NORSOK, API, UK HSE, USCG standards.
