Job summary

The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, pursuing new project opportunities such as drydock, cross-selling, and retrofit solutions, and ensuring HSE compliance across the fleet. Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies, Nautical Studies or related field.
• Experience as Chief Officer or Master preferred.
• Experience in marine fleet management, HSE and vessel inspections.
• Knowledge of maritime regulations, SIRE inspections and safety management systems.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Qualifications for DPA responsibilities will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet HSE matters, incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions.
• Ensure vessels comply with Class, Flag State and relevant maritime regulations.
• Coordinate SIRE inspections, vessel surveys, ship visits, safety drills and audits.
• Advise vessel Masters on safety, HSE and navigational matters, and assume the DPA role.
• Oversee vessel maintenance, repairs, dry-docking and deck consumables.
• Manage crew recruitment, deployment, welfare, performance and competency development.
• Coordinate crew training, vessel inspections and emergency response activities.
• Perform other fleet management duties as assigned by Management.
