Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Construction Contracts Manager to lead the contracts team on large-scale projects. You will oversee drafting, reviewing, negotiating contracts, and manage tendering, budgets, and stakeholder engagement.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in contract management, strong knowledge of construction law and procurement, and proficiency with contract management software and MS Office. Based in Singapore, 5.5-day work week, salary 8,000–12,000 SGD.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.
• Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the contracts team to achieve departmental and project goals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; ensure compliance with terms.
• Draft, review, and manage contractual correspondence and agreements, and maintain records.
• Involve in Tendering & Business Development by directing preparation, review, and submission of tenders.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance related to contracts.
• Provide commercial advice to senior management and project teams.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and contract close-out.
• Involve in Stakeholder Engagement with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Represent the firm in negotiations and industry forums.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters.
