Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the contracts team at the Changi project office. Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with terms across clients and subcontractors.

You will oversee tendering activities, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timely invoicing and close-out for large-scale projects, reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record leading contract teams and tenders for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the contracts team to achieve project goals.
• Allocate resources to ensure high performance in contract administration and tendering.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage contractual correspondence and maintain accurate records and document registers.
