THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to lead the contracts team at the Changi Project Office. The role focuses on leadership, tendering, and overall commercial oversight for large-scale construction projects.

You will manage contracts lifecycle from drafting to close-out, negotiate with clients and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with laws and standards while supporting strategic growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry.
• Proven track record in leading contract teams and managing tenders for large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction law, procurement practices, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in contract management software and the MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the contracts team to achieve goals.
• Allocate resources effectively and ensure high performance across contract administration and tendering functions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers; ensure compliance.
• Draft, review, and manage contractual correspondence and records.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual issues.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks while safeguarding the firm’s interests.
• Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Direct the preparation, review, and submission of tenders for new projects.
• Analyze tender documents, specs, and drawings to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and technical teams to develop bids.
• Support strategic business growth by securing profitable projects.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance related to contracts.
• Provide commercial advice to senior management and project teams.
• Ensure timely invoicing, payment collection, and contract close-out.
• Engage stakeholders to maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Represent the firm in negotiations and industry forums.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
