Job summary

Seatrium Limited seeks a Regulatory and Compliance Leader to oversee offshore wind and substation projects. You will serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies, develop compliance plans, and ensure documentation meets international and local requirements.

You will lead a team of regulatory and safety professionals, coordinate with E&I, Piping, and Mechanical disciplines, and drive risk-based audits and training to embed compliance early in design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Marine Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of offshore regulatory affairs and compliance experience.
• Knowledge of international and local offshore wind and substations regulations.
• Experience preparing regulatory documents and permits.
• Leadership and mentoring of engineering teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for regulatory and compliance on offshore wind and substations.
• Develop and maintain compliance plans, policies, and procedures.
• Review regulatory compliance in designs and documentation.
• Prepare and submit permit applications and safety cases.
• Lead and mentor the regulatory compliance and safety team.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines on compliance issues.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and third parties for approvals.
