Job Description

• Process Commercial Vehicle Hire Purchase (CV-HP) loan applications submitted by car dealers, from loan origination through to approval.
• Assess the creditworthiness of CV-HP applicants in accordance with the bank’s credit policies and lending guidelines.
• Perform name screening on applicants in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines.
• Ensure all processing activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, internal policies, and lending guidelines.
• Ensure loan applications are processed accurately and within the stipulated turnaround time (TAT).
• Manage workload effectively and work under pressure to meet business and operational targets.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, responsible, and hardworking, with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Minimum Diploma qualification, preferably in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or a related field.
