Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in the East region.

You will assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve functional independence and participate in daily activities within the community. You will develop individualized treatment plans, provide ADL/IADL training, recommend adaptive equipment, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to ensure

Qualifications

Min. Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Full Registration or eligible for registration with AHPC.
Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Assess clients' functional, cognitive, psychosocial, and physical abilities using evaluation tools and clinical observations.
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, IADLs, mobility, cognition, and community participation.
Recommend, prescribe, and train clients in adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modifications.
Monitor progress and review treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
Educate clients, caregivers, and family members on therapy goals and home programmes.
