Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our community care team in Singapore to support clients across ageing care.

You will assess, plan and deliver therapy to improve ADLs/IADLs, mobility and participation, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team and educate families. Registered or eligible with AHPC is required; the role is full-time, on-site at East locations with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant degree in Occupational Therapy and be registered or eligible for AHPC registration.
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment and intervention skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ functional, cognitive, psychosocial, and physical abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and delivering occupational therapy interventions to support clients in achieving optimal functional independence, participation in daily activities, and overall quality of life.

Work location: East (Multiple Locations available)

Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Assess clients' functional, cognitive, psychosocial, and physical abilities through appropriate evaluation tools and clinical observations.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), mobility, cognition, and community participation.
• Recommend, prescribe, and train clients in the use of adaptive equipment, assistive devices, and environmental modifications where appropriate.
• Monitor clients' progress and review treatment plans to ensure effective outcomes.
• Educate clients, caregivers, and family members on therapy goals, home programmes, and strategies to support functional independence.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, reports, and records in accordance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care delivery.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, care planning, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Comply with professional practice standards, infection control protocols, workplace safety requirements, and organisational policies.
• Contribute to service development, programme implementation, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, or guidance to therapy assistants, students, or junior staff where applicable.

Key Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Full Registration or eligible for registration with Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
