Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team.

You will assess clients, plan and deliver targeted interventions to improve ADLs, IADLs, mobility, cognition, and community participation, while promoting independence and quality of life. Work in East Singapore across multiple locations, with regular hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm, in a supportive environment that values professional

Qualifications

• Minimum degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Full registration or eligible for AHPC registration.
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for community care and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' functional, cognitive, psychosocial, and physical abilities.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, IADLs, mobility, cognition, and community participation.
• Recommend and train adaptive equipment and environmental modifications.
• Monitor progress and review treatment plans for outcomes.
• Educate clients, caregivers, and family on goals and home programmes.
• Maintain clinical documentation and reports in line with regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers, and others for coordinated care.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and quality initiatives.
• Comply with practice standards, infection control, and safety policies.
• Contribute to service development and programme improvement.
• Provide supervision/mentorship to therapy assistants, students, or junior staff.
