Job summary

ENVIRODYNAMICS SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary healthcare team in East Singapore. You will assess, plan, and deliver interventions to support clients toward functional independence and participation in daily activities.

The role emphasizes collaboration with physicians, nurses, therapists, and social workers, along with documentation, caregiver education, and ongoing programme development within a community care framework.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Full Registration or eligible for registration with AHPC.
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, and intervention skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for community care, rehabilitation, and improving clients' quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' functional, cognitive, psychosocial, and physical abilities through evaluation tools and observations.
• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide interventions to improve ADLs, IADLs, mobility, cognition, and community participation.
• Recommend and train use of adaptive equipment, devices, and environmental modifications.
• Monitor progress and review treatment plans for effective outcomes.
• Educate clients, caregivers, and family on therapy goals and home programmes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, social workers and other professionals.
• Participate in MDT discussions, care planning and quality improvement.
