Job summary

Ttsh Singapore is seeking a seasoned Nursing Leader to head the ward or residential unit, driving clinical governance and operational excellence to deliver high-quality outpatient care. You will ensure compliance with SNB Standards of Nursing Practice and HCSA regulations, while steering a multidisciplinary team to provide safe, evidence-based and person-centred care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing with advanced qualifications and at least 8 years of clinical experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Advanced / Post-Graduate Diploma or Specialist Diploma in Nursing preferred (e.g. Oncology or Palliative Care).
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience in SOC or chemotherapy unit preferred.
