Job summary
PanCare Medical Clinic Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations, drive clinical governance and ensure high standards of patient care.
The role oversees nursing teams across wards, supports workforce planning, develops capabilities, and ensures regulatory compliance within a dynamic clinical setting. Key focus areas include budgeting, resource allocation, performance management, and continuous improvement, partnering with multidisciplinary teams to maintain service
Qualifications
- Possess a Registered Nursing Certificate
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Healthcare-related discipline
- Post-basic or Advanced Diploma in Medical, Geriatrics, Palliative Care or relevant specialty
- Leadership or healthcare management certification
Responsibilities
- Provide senior nursing leadership across multiple wards or service areas.
- Drive clinical governance, quality improvement and patient safety outcomes.
- Oversee nurse managers, workforce planning and staffing optimization.
- Lead budget planning, resource allocation and service transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with MOH, SNB and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and develop nurse leaders and staff through coaching programs.
