Job summary

HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Nurse Manager / Nurse Clinician to provide clinical leadership and oversee quality nursing care in a long-term geriatric setting.

You will lead the nursing team and ensure adherence to clinical standards, working with doctors and allied health professionals for holistic resident care. The role requires SNB registration, experience in nursing management, and a commitment to continuous improvement within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Post-Basic Qualification in Medical-Surgical Nursing/Gerontology.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Experience in nursing management or senior nursing positions.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred.
• Strong clinical nursing knowledge and geriatric care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication with elderly residents and families.
• Willingness for continuous improvement in nursing care and service delivery.
• Ability to lead a nursing team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure safe, high-quality care for residents.
• Supervise and develop Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Nursing Assistants.
• Implement nursing care plans, clinical procedures and workflows.
• Monitor residents' conditions and advise on clinical care and interventions.
• Collaborate with doctors and allied health professionals on multidisciplinary care.
• Oversee medication ordering, administration and inventory management.
• Ensure infection control, patient safety and nursing standards.
• Review nursing practices and identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Support staff development through coaching and clinical supervision.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and reports.
• Participate in nursing projects and other duties.
