Job summary

MW Global Pte Ltd is seeking a Registered Nurse leader to oversee the nursing team across home care and clinic operations, ensuring safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. You will provide clinical supervision and coordinate manpower, recruitment, and development.

You will work closely with physicians and operations staff, maintain governance standards, and drive continuous improvements while supporting day-to-day duties.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with leadership or supervisory background.
• Clinical competency in community/home/ambulatory or acute care settings.
• Valid BCLS + AED certification.
• Competency in IV cannulation and phlebotomy.
• Experience in A&E, community nursing, home care, or agency nursing is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and conflict management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the nursing team across home care and clinic operations to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to nurses and healthcare staff in patient care.
• Review and monitor patient care plans, nursing documentation, incident reporting and outcomes.
• Coordinate manpower deployment, roster planning, and operational coverage.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, competency assessment and development.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for clinical and operational matters.
• Ensure compliance with SNB, MOH and company governance standards.
• Work with physicians and allied staff to coordinate patient services.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and service quality enhancements.
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative duties as required.
