Job summary

RBC Singapore is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager in Private Banking to build a high-quality HNW/UHNW client franchise across Asia, leveraging RBC’s global platform and cross-border solutions. You will originate and deepen client relationships, grow AUM and revenue, and work with investment, wealth planning, credit and product specialists while upholding the highest standards of suitability, KYC and AML compliance.

Strong collaboration across Private Banking and RBC franchise is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience advising HNW/UHNW clients within private banking or wealth management.
• Demonstrated track record of acquiring, developing and retaining sophisticated client relationships.
• Strong understanding of investments, credit and broader wealth management solutions.
• Established market connectivity and ability to develop a sustainable client franchise.
• Strong commercial judgement combined with a sound understanding of regulatory, suitability and risk requirements.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with investment, product and wealth planning specialists.
• Possess, or be able to obtain, the relevant regulatory qualifications and registrations required in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage long term HNW and UHNW NRI client relationships.
• Originate new client relationships and sustainably grow AUM, revenue and overall client franchise.
• Understand client’s investment, financing and wealth-planning objectives and deliver appropriate solutions in partnership with product specialists.
• Leverage the broader capabilities of RBC to provide holistic solutions across clients’ wealth needs.
• Act as a trusted adviser and ambassador for RBC in the market.
• Maintain the highest standards of suitability, KYC, AML, due diligence, and cross-border compliance.
• Collaborate across Private Banking and the wider RBC franchise to deepen client relationships and identify opportunities.
