Job summary

JPMorganChase, a global leader in financial services, seeks a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join Network Operations in Singapore. You will apply deep networking and infra expertise to ensure the stability, resiliency, and evolution of critical network assets while coordinating with SRE, product engineering, and operations.

In this technical leadership role, you will drive incident response, change control, and automation initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with vendors and clients

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts, with 5+ years applied experience.
• Experience in network operations and infrastructure support with ability to lead major incident bridge calls.
• Strong validation of AI-assisted recommendations and ensuring resiliency, security, and auditability.
• Deep knowledge of multiple infrastructure technologies and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical expertise to projects of moderate scope and delivers creative solutions for design, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Acts as primary interface for day-to-day operational issues, escalations, and service delivery activities.
• Uses enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and documentation while handling sensitive data.
• Drives workstreams with engineering, SRE, and infrastructure teams to modernize processes and enable automation.
• Leads or supports major incident, problem, and change management for production environments.
• Advises on resiliency improvements and service evolution opportunities, considering upstream and downstream impacts.
• Applies AI-assisted practices to identify recurring issues and ensure changes are traceable, auditable, and secure.
• Supports lifecycle management, vendor engagement, capacity planning, and infrastructure governance.
• Provides technical leadership and mentoring to less experienced engineers and collaborates with global teams.
