Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join the Network Operations team. You will own incident bridges, coordinate recovery, and partner with SRE, product engineering, and infrastructure teams to modernize processes.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted workflows, observability, and secure, auditable change delivery. The position requires senior-level expertise in networking, data center technologies, and cloud platforms, with a strong customer-focus and 24x7 availability.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts.
• 5+ years applied experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Experience leading major incident bridge calls and coordinating recovery across multiple teams.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to support workflows with validation of outputs.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical expertise to projects of moderate scope and delivers solutions.
• Acts as primary interface for day-to-day operational issues and service delivery.
• Uses AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis and design documentation.
• Drives workstreams with multiple infrastructure technologies and partners with SRE and Product teams.
• Leads or supports major incident, problem, and change management for production environments.
• Advises on resiliency improvements and service evolution opportunities.
• Supports lifecycle management, vendor engagement, and capacity planning.
