Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the Network Services team in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (CS, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or related).
• 5+ years of applied experience in infrastructure engineering.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and networking services.
• Deep knowledge of networking/telecom tech (Layers 0–3) including DWDM, IP-VPN, DIA.
• Experience in APAC telecom connectivity market and vendor ecosystems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organizational and time management capabilities.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements capture and translate needs into defined solution requirements.
• Develop end-to-end connectivity designs and create high/low-level diagrams and constraints.
• Own tender/bid lifecycle for telecom connectivity, including vendor evaluation.
• Embed resilience, monitoring, and risk controls into designs and operations.
• Lead design reviews and architecture governance with documented risk acceptance.
• Design scalable, resilient infrastructures supporting business-critical apps.
• Collaborate with telecom providers, vendors, and internal teams across lifecycles.
• Manage supplier relationships and governance with SLAs and reviews.
• Support regional/global network strategy and mentor junior engineers.
• Apply AI-assisted practices to improve delivery and traceability.
