Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge across infra engineering domains (networking, hardware, storage, cloud, automation).
• Experience leading major incident bridges and coordinating cross-team recovery.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical expertise to projects of moderate scope and executes design, development, troubleshooting, and operational support.
• Serves as primary interface for day-to-day operational issues and service delivery activities.
• Uses AI capabilities to accelerate infrastructure analysis, validation, and documentation while ensuring security and data sensitivity.
• Leads or supports major incident, problem, and change management for critical production environments.
• Collaborates with global teams to improve processes, observability, and automation.
