Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to lead a team and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of the enterprise network. You will ensure reliability, security, and performance while coordinating across IT operations, security, and application teams.

The role requires strong leadership, expert knowledge of routing, switching, TCP/IP, firewalls, and network monitoring tools, with a focus on scalable architectures and governance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in network engineering and infrastructure management.
• 3+ years of demonstrated team leadership and people management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of network architecture, routing protocols, switching technologies, and TCP/IP networking.
• Proficiency with enterprise networking equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent.
• Strong expertise in network security, firewalls, VPNs, and access control implementations.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds).
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, hybrid infrastructure, and modern network design principles.
• Familiarity with network documentation tools and configuration management systems.
• Preferred Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent advanced networking certification.
• Familiarity with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
