Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain enterprise-grade network architectures using Cisco technologies, ensuring reliability, security and optimal performance.

The ideal candidate holds CCNP or CCIE, has 6–10 years in IT/networking, and will mentor junior engineers while leading technical initiatives. You will cover data center, campus, network security, automation, and on-call support in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or Equivalent required for architecting enterprise networks.
• CCNP or CCIE certification strongly preferred.
• Experience in enterprise network design, data center design, and security design.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network architectures using Cisco technologies.
• Configure and optimize routing, switching, and network security for high availability and performance.
• Analyze network performance and troubleshoot complex issues with a systematic approach.
• Implement network automation and scripting to improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular network assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure changes.
• Document network configurations, procedures, and specifications clearly.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior network engineers and support staff.
• Monitor network health and implement proactive solutions to prevent outages.
• Stay current with emerging network technologies and assess their applicability.
• Participate in on-call support rotation for critical incidents.

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer with CCNP or CCIE certification to join our organization in Singapore. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure supporting our enterprise operations. You will be responsible for ensuring network reliability, security, and optimal performance while leading technical initiatives and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Design, deploy, and manage enterprise-level network architectures using Cisco technologies and industry best practices
• Configure and optimize routing, switching, and network security solutions to ensure high availability and performance
• Analyze network performance metrics and troubleshoot complex technical issues with a systematic, detail-oriented approach
