DBS Asia Hub in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Network Engineer to manage daily network operations, troubleshoot complex incidents, and drive root-cause analysis. You will work with infra and application teams, coordinate with vendor support, and remain proactive under production pressure.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to guide junior members while handling critical incidents to minimize business impact.

Qualifications

• Around 10+ years of network operation experience.
• CCIE is preferred.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, EVPN.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of network incidents and problems.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to guide junior team members.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily network activities and changes; review scripts.
• Handle network incidents escalations and security incidents.
• Collaborate with infra tower and application teams to identify root causes.
• Work with vendors' support teams to resolve problems.
• Handle critical incidents to minimize business impact.
• Participate in conference calls for problem resolution.
• Proactive in identifying potential network problems.
• Extend hours if production problems arise.
