DA SOFTWARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a highly experienced Senior Network Engineer responsible for enterprise routing & switching, network security, wireless, SD-WAN and production network operations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on enterprise network engineering experience.
• CCNA mandatory or equivalent; CCNP preferred.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN and TCP/IP.
• Experience with enterprise firewall environments (Cisco/ Fortinet / Palo Alto).

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 operational support for complex enterprise network environments.
• Troubleshoot critical incidents involving routing, switching, WAN, firewalls, VPN, wireless and network security.
• Configure, implement, troubleshoot and maintain Cisco routers, switches, Nexus switches, WLCs, firewalls and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot routing protocols including BGP and OSPF, along with HSRP, MPLS and related IP routing technologies.
• Support Cisco ASA, Cisco Firepower and FMC, FortiGate and Palo Alto firewall environments.
• Configure and troubleshoot IPSec VPN and SSL VPN, AAA, RADIUS and TACACS+.
• Support Cisco ISE / NAC environments.
• Support enterprise wireless infrastructure including Cisco WLC/Aironet and Aruba APs.
• SD-WAN technologies such as Cisco SD-WAN/Viptela, VeloCloud, Fortinet SD-WAN or Meraki.
• Perform advanced packet/network troubleshooting and isolate issues across layers.
• Monitor network health and performance using SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios and similar tools.
• Perform RCA for recurring and major incidents and recommend permanent corrective actions.
• Handle P1/P2 production incidents, escalations and restoration activities within SLA.
• Perform network configuration changes, upgrades, migrations and infrastructure refreshes.
• Conduct network security reviews and remediation actions.
• Participate in network design reviews for scalability, availability, resilience and security.
• Coordinate with OEMs, telecom providers, security teams and other infra teams.
