Qualifications

• Degree or Equivalent in IT or Networking.
• 6–10 years of IT or networking experience.
• Certifications – CCNP (min), CCIE (Preferable)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex network problems and incident causes in enterprise and data center environments.
• Lead problem management to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices in operations and escalation.
• Oversee high‑complexity network issues and drive infrastructure improvements.
• Review network performance and optimize capacity, resilience, and efficiency.
• Coordinate high‑impact upgrade plans with minimal service disruption.
• Configure SDN components and program basic rules in controllers and devices.
• Ensure change requests comply with standard processes and approvals.
• Document issues, workarounds, and preventive measures for knowledge sharing.
• Aid in designing scalable network architectures for future needs.
