Job summary
Recruit Express Pte Ltd invites applications for a senior Network Engineer to provide Level 3 support for critical network infrastructures within a 24x7 global banking support model. You will perform advanced troubleshooting across LAN/WAN/Data Centre, conduct RCA, and implement preventive measures.
The role requires strong multi-vendor expertise and experience with high-severity outages. Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years hands-on network engineering and support experience.
- Strong expertise in core network troubleshooting in large-scale environments.
- Experience handling high-severity outages and restoration under strict SLA.
Responsibilities
- Provide Level 3 support for critical network incidents and service disruptions.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and fault isolation across LAN, WAN, Campus and Data Centre environments.
- Conduct detailed RCA and recommend preventive measures.
- Support day-to-day operations of switching, routing, security and network services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve resiliency.
- Produce technical documentation and post-incident reports.
- Participate in infrastructure projects and technology refresh initiatives.
