Job summary

Micron Technology Singapore is seeking a high-caliber semiconductor R&D professional to lead integration and qualification of new NAND technology. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing to address module deficiencies and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and quantify key module deficiencies and technology gaps; lead cross-functional teams to address issues.
• Develop or redefine CSPEC criteria for optimal product performance and drive activities to ensure manufacturing process capability.
• Coordinate activities at the manufacturing site to secure funding for experiments, conversions, and communicate decisions to R&D, Product Engineering, and Manufacturing.
• Undertake development projects to evaluate new integration schemes for alpha and derivative part types; establish proof of concept for future tech nodes.
• Lead quarterly yield summits and monthly program reviews to summarize complex problems and align teams.
• Assist in the transfer of new technology from R&D to manufacturing; support ramp-up, qualification, and training.
• Contribute to ensuring successful transfer, documentation, and manufacturing integration of module fundamentals.
