Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Distinguish Member of Technical Staff for NAND module process integration to design, develop, and implement innovative process solutions aimed at improving yield, quality, and cost within tight timelines.

You will lead module development, define specifications, set strategic direction, and drive improvements through experiments and data-driven analysis, collaborating with process engineers and other teams.

Qualifications

PhD (≥15 years) or Master’s (≥17 years) in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field with semiconductor industry experience.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving and ability to drive process integration improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration across multi-functional teams; self-motivated in dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead one or more process modules for the development and operation of a 3D NAND semiconductor IC.
Define structural specifications and process requirements for assigned modules.
Set a clear direction and vision for the module with a continual improvement plan.
Design and run device/process experiments to develop and integrate processes; analyze data and draw conclusions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable rapid project progress and technology transfer.
